Joe Cleghorn Homes has been building quality homes for many years. We offer a wide variety of floor plans that you can choose from. Over the years, we have developed what we call a "flexible" product which allows you to incorporate your personal taste in the floor plan and decor.

If you click the modular link on the left side bar you will find six different types of homes that we build. 

Manufactured Homes (also know as mobile homes) are normally located within manufactured home communities or on private property that is zoned for manufactured home (mobile homes). 

Modular Homes are designed for residential areas where zoning does not permit manufactured homes (mobile homes).
